Useful things PS 20 doesn’t run but families often need. All of these are outside our website.
Accounts to set up
Two logins get you settled. There are only two accounts to keep track of, and both are free. One connects you to the DOE, the other to the other PS 20 community. Set them up once and you're done.

New this year? Set up the NYC Schools Account first; the school needs your current phone number in it, and that’s the number we call if your child is unwell.
Meals
Breakfast, lunch and snacks are free for every child at PS 20 with nothing to apply for. The city publishes the menus in advance if you want to plan around them.

Every family has the right to interpretation and to school documents in their own language, at no cost. If you need an interpreter for a parent-teacher conference, a meeting about your child, or a phone call with the office, ask our Parent Coordinator and we'll arrange it.

Immigrant families
NYC Public Schools are “committed to protecting the right of every student to attend public school, regardless of immigration status, national origin, or religion.” Read about what that means in practice below.

A note on privacy: These are external sites. PS 20 doesn't see what you read here, and nothing you do on them comes back to us.
